A Flourishing Program for Living Fully, Freely & Well

Created from our In-Person Retreat Days in Australia • Delivered online from Australia • Lived wherever life takes you

Wonderfully Alive is our fabulous Flourishing Program for people who want to feel more present, connected, energised and deeply engaged with life.

The program is grounded in the lessons, insights, practices and activities explored during our In-Person Retreat Days at The Nautilus in Australia. Those foundations are then brought to life through online learning, guided reflection, practical activities and ongoing connection, so participants can explore them wherever they live.

This is not about collecting more information. It is about allowing what we learn to become part of how we live.

From Learning to Living

The real value of an insight appears when it begins to shape an ordinary day.

Wonderfully Alive invites participants to explore what flourishing can look and feel like in real life: how we rest, relate, choose, play, nourish ourselves, respond to challenges and make room for more beauty, meaning and joy.

Together, we explore ways to:

  • create greater awareness and emotional spaciousness;
  • develop more nourishing personal rhythms;
  • bring presence and intention into everyday choices;
  • reconnect with play, pleasure, creativity and possibility;
  • notice the beliefs and habits that shape our identity;
  • practise living as the person we are becoming;
  • turn meaningful insights into ways of being that feel natural and sustainable.

The program creates the learning. Life creates the opportunity to practise it.

Start Your Adventure
  • In-Person Retreat Days in Australia

    Wonderfully Alive is inspired by and anchored in our In-Person Retreat Days at The Nautilus in Australia.These Australian days create space to pause, learn, reflect and explore the principles and practices of flourishing in a beautiful, supportive environment.All in-person teaching, facilitation and program activities led by Kim take place in Australia.

  • Online Learning Delivered from Australia

    The Wonderfully Alive Program continues online, with Kim delivering its lessons, guided practices, reflection activities and group connection from Australia.

    Participants can engage with the ideas in their own time and begin applying them to their relationships, routines, decisions, wellbeing and everyday lives.

  • Self-Directed Integration in Everyday Life

    Integration is personal.It might look like choosing a calmer morning, listening more deeply, journalling privately, taking time to rest, making a more nourishing decision, trying something playful or simply noticing how differently we respond to the day.Nobody has to perform, achieve or become a perfect version of themselves. We are giving new insights room to settle—allowing an evolving identity to feel more familiar, embodied and real.

The online program may include:

  • live online Flourishing gatherings
  • guided reflection and integration activities
  • practical ways to bring the lessons into daily life
  • private online support sessions where included
  • digital resources and Positive Prime experiences
  • online connection before and after shared vacation dates.

And Sometimes, Life Takes Us to Bali

From time to time, participants in Wonderfully Alive may choose to arrange their own vacation in Bali at the same time as Kim and other members of the community.

Bali offers a beautiful backdrop for slowing down and enjoying life: warm days, tropical surroundings, delicious food, local culture, rest, laughter, conversation and time away from familiar routines.

For those who happen to be there together, it is an opportunity to enjoy a few relaxed days in one another's company, to soak everything in and notice how the lessons of Wonderfully Alive can be lived naturally in the flow of a day.

There is no Bali curriculum to complete and no in-country program to attend. The learning has already taken place through the Australian and online components of Wonderfully Alive. Bali is simply life: a lovely place in which each person can independently notice, practise and embody what has already resonated with them.

What Bali Is and What Bali Is Not

THE OPTIONAL BALI TIME IS:

  • Informal social time with Kim and other Wonderfully Alive participants who are holidaying in Bali at the same time
  • An opportunity for self-directed reflection and real-life integration
  • Time to rest, swim, eat, explore, laugh, talk and enjoy Bali together
  • A chance to choose activities offered by independent Indonesian businesses and practitioners
  • Entirely separate from the teaching and delivery of the Wonderfully Alive Program

WHAT BALI IS NOT

  • An in-person delivery of Wonderfully Alive
  • A Kim-led itinerary or facilitated integration process
  • A coaching, meditation, healing or treatment service provided by Kim

Kim's Role in Bali

Kim is in Bali on vacation.

She does not teach, coach, facilitate, treat, lead circles, host activities, deliver sessions or provide professional services in Indonesia.

She does not organise or manage participants' travel, accommodation, transport, meals, sightseeing or wellbeing activities.

Kim enjoys Bali as a fellow traveller and friend. Any time spent together is informal, social and recreational. The same way friends might share a meal, swim, visit a local attraction, relax by the pool or enjoy a conversation while on holiday.

  • A leisurely breakfast

  • Swimming or reading by the pool

  • Visiting a café, market, beach or local attraction

  • Booking a massage, yoga class or sound experience directly with an Indonesian provider

  • Enjoying a meal together

  • Taking quiet time for personal reflection or journalling

  • Having the kinds of natural, meaningful conversations that happen between friends

  • Resting, laughing and enjoying the pleasure of being fully present.

Nothing is compulsory. Nothing is led by Kim. Each person chooses and books their own activities.

Applying the Wisdom to a Day

Wonderfully Alive explores flourishing as something we practise, not something we save for a special occasion.

A day in Bali may give participants a refreshing change of setting in which to notice:

  • What helps me feel present?
  • What does genuine rest feel like for me?
  • How do I choose when I am not rushing?
  • What brings me alive?
  • Which habits and insights from the program do I want to carry forward
  • How might I bring this quality of attention back into my everyday life?

These are personal reflections, not facilitated Bali activities. Each participant chooses whether and how to explore them privately.

Independent Travel and Local Bookings

Anyone choosing to vacation in Bali is responsible for arranging and paying for their own:

  • Flights and passport
  • Appropriate visa and entry requirements
  • Accommodation
  • airport and local transport
  • meals and refreshments
  • travel and medical insurance;- sightseeing, cultural visits and recreational activities;- yoga, massage, spa, sound or other wellbeing services;- personal expenses and changes to their plans.

All Bali accommodation, transport, hospitality, cultural, recreational and wellbeing services must be booked and paid for directly with the relevant Indonesian business or appropriately authorised local provider under that provider's own terms.Positive Prime and Kim do not sell, package, operate or receive payment for Bali travel services or activities through the Wonderfully Alive Program.
