Treatment Terms & Conditions

Holistic Harmonic Flow Treatment Pricing and Cancellations

  • Prices for Holistic Harmonic Flow treatments are subject to change without notice and are quoted in AUD.
  • Full payment is required before your treatment session.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled treatment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled treatment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full rate of the treatment.

Arrival and Conduct

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you have a full session experience.
  • For the safety of our local wildlife, please drive slowly along the driveway; koalas and wallabies are often seen nearby, and we appreciate your caution.
  • Parking is available as directed—please avoid driving or parking on grass or garden areas. The treatment center is about a 20-meter walk from the parking area and is designed to resemble a quaint Australian bush cottage.
  • Personal items are stored at your own risk, so please keep valuables secure.
  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times to maintain a peaceful environment for all clients.
  • Completion of the Holistic Harmonic Flow Guest Intake Form is required within 24 hours of your appointment.

Retreat Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

  • "Cancellation" refers to not attending the scheduled Serafini Mind Spa - 'Blissing Out in Bali' 5-night program, including postponement or rescheduling.
  • Please read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. While we understand that unforeseen events happen, we encourage purchasing travel cancellation insurance for protection against unexpected changes.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

  • Travel cancellation insurance may cover some or all of your cancellation fees, depending on the provider's terms. Most insurers require the purchase of coverage within 14 days of booking. For comparisons, visit www.worldnomads.com or consult with your travel agent.

Guest Cancellation Schedule

  • More than 90 days before start date: 100% of your payment may be applied to a future Blissing Out in Bali program within two years.
  • 60-89 days before start date: 70% of your payment may be applied to a future program, forfeiting 30% of the retreat price.
  • 15-59 days before start date: 40% of your payment may be applied to a future program, forfeiting 60% of the retreat price.
  • 14 days or less before start date: The entire payment is forfeited.

Please note: No refunds or credits will be provided for late arrivals or early departures. The signed Participant Agreement form must be submitted within one week of booking or 90 days prior to the retreat start date, whichever is sooner.

If Serafini Mind Spa Cancels

  • In the event that Serafini Mind Spa must cancel or reschedule a Blissing Out in Bali program, you may transfer your full payment to another program or request a full refund. Serafini Mind Spa is not responsible for any other expenses incurred, such as airline tickets, loss of work, or other costs related to trip preparation.
